Grandfathers WW2 airborne tattoo...?

Its a bit of a grey area. It is disrespectful to wear an airborne tab you havent earned. Some might find it a nice memorial others might think your being a poser. You being a pilot doesnt change it. It would actually be worse if you were in the military and didnt earn the tab and you were wearing it. My suggestion would be to go ahead and use the image but change the airborne tab. Either leave it off or put something else there. You could use the top tab to put "In memory of" then put is name or whatever where the "attack" tab is.
