Rabbit eating problems?

About 2 weeks ago I have noticed that my 4 year old Netherlands dwarf hasn't been eating or pooping much so I took him to the vet. The vet told me it's likely that it was stress that caused him to stop eating (we recently moved) and she prescribed Novo-Trimel 200 mg/5 ml and critical care feed. Over the following week I gave him the medicine and feed and saw little improvement. He still drinks water, eats kale but won't eat his pellets and his droppings are small, dark and way too few. I've noticed that when he does want to eat his pellets or carrots that he would take a bite and then he would make this motion like he was licking his paws or trying to get what was in his mouth to try and get it out, sometimes spitting out the pellets all the time opening his jaw wide trying to get the pellet or carrot out. The vet told me that his front teeth were fine and his back ones seemed fine from what she could tell (without scan) too. Could the reason he isn't pooping much be because he isn't eating much because he is having trouble eating? Anyone?
