What parts of Kale can a guinea pig eat?

I just bought my guinea pig some Kale,and it will be his first time trying some. I was just wondering if there is a certain part of it they like,or a certain part they can't eat etc. I was thinking they could eat the leafs though. Also, how many times weekly should it be given (I hear it makes them gassy if fed too much)?
