Dehydrating Kale without a dehydrator?

I would agree with the first person, I also would recommend you chop it or dry the leaves and stems separately, as they take more time, I do this with kale, collard, swiss chard and some herbs, in the oven at 150 for 1-2 hours, prop open the door and let them rest there overnight.
