How much of these fruits and veg to consume in a day?
I have four to five servings of vegetables and one serving of fruit per day. Usually chopped up spinach and red bell peppers in my scrambled eggs, two stalks of celery filled with almond butter for a snack, a cup of steamed green beans and asaparagus or the Normandy blend of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots with my lunch, about two to three cups of salad greens such as romain or leaf lettuce, chopped spinach, arugula, and parsley with cucumber, tomato, sunflower seeds and dressed with olive oil with my dinner, and for dessert I have a small bowl/remekin of full fat cottage cheese topped with frozen blueberries or blackberries.
